Michelle L. Collins is President of Cambium LLC, a consulting firm, and a member of the Advisory Board of the private equity firm, Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC.

Ms. Collins is a member of the boards of Ulta Beauty, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and its US Subsidiary, CIBC Bank USA, and Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc.

Born in Chicago, Ms. Collins graduated from the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools (1978), Yale University (1982) and Harvard Business School (1986).
